"Stranded in a hotel room, Glamsquad Angie gets caught up in the maelstrom of excess meanings that result from the seemingly random juxtaposition of various text and image content in communication fields on the Internet. In dialog with trolls and drowned people, real celebrities and false friends, the absurdities come to a head Glamsquad's marginalized gaze and her serious questions unfold precisely how social hierarchies and exclusion mechanisms perpetuate themselves in accordance with the increasing logic of the attention economy of digital space. In dense text areas based on screenshots, stereotypical ascriptions come to her, killing her sleep and continue their experience offline, too. " Joy Kristin Kalu
